The perspective I bring into every engagement was shaped by experience — some of it chosen, much of it not. I navigated my own weight privately over many years — and came through it with the clarity I now bring to others. I know what it feels like to carry weight quietly while the world assumes you’re fine.

I’ve spent over twenty years sitting with people in complex moments — helping them think clearly when everything around them felt urgent or unclear. That work sharpened a belief I now build everything around:
