I didn’t build this work from theory.

The perspective I bring into every engagement was shaped by experience — some of it chosen, much of it not. I navigated my own weight privately over many years — and came through it with the clarity I now bring to others. I know what it feels like to carry weight quietly while the world assumes you’re fine.

I’ve spent over twenty years sitting across from people in complex moments — helping them think clearly when everything around them felt urgent or unclear. That work sharpened a belief I now build everything around:

Soar Elevations was built for people who carry more than they show. Not because I read about what that feels like. Because I’ve lived it.

I don't use scripts, templates, or rehearsed techniques. We have normal, honest conversations — the kind you'd have with a trusted confidant who has no agenda except your clarity. I listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help you see what's been there all along.
